Writer's Block: Pick and Stick

Thank god I'll never have to make a decision like this for real. If you were to put a gun to my head and make me choose, (assuming I didn't just ask you to go ahead and pull the trigger to spare me having to decide), I would go with Japanese. When it comes to my favorite ethnic cuisines, I am absolutely mad for Japanese, Indian, Italian, and (Authentic) Mexican. Of these, however, Japanese is probably the healthiest, and that's ultimately what would sway my decision.
There are lots of other ethnic foods I want to dip into, including Korean, which I have already dabbled in by way of delicious curry rice noodles and incredible kimchi. I wanna taste the whole world! I'm very thankful that I don't have to choose just one. ;P
